All Pontarelli chauffeurs undergo extensive and ongoing safety and customer service training. We conduct background checks, examine motor vehicle record reports, and have mandatory drug and alcohol testing.
Customer Service Representatives – Our customer service representatives are highly trained, detail orientated, courteous professionals waiting to serve you. All of our CSRs are familiar with their clients’ needs through the use of detailed profiles within our system. Dispatch and Quality Control Staff – Our team of dispatch and quality control staff are committed to superior service worldwide. They organize the driver’s schedules, assign vehicles, contact chauffeurs, reconfirm reservations and adapt to changes throughout the day to provide seamless service. Each client is advised of the drivers name and cell number 20 minutes prior to pickup via email or a personal courtesy call. Our staff combines organizational skills, technology and with customer service to deliver the performance demanded by our clients.

Our meet and greet staff is experienced in negotiating local airports, helping with baggage and getting you to your vehicle. Your airport greeter is continuously in contact with your chauffeur until you are safely seated in the vehicle and on to the more important portion of your trip.
