Chauffeurs – Our chauffeurs know that superior service sets us apart from the competition.  They pay attention to every detail in a client’s itinerary and use their detailed knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns to provide a safe and timely trip.  Plus, if you need advice about where to dine, shop or the nearest bagel shop, trust our chauffeurs to make it their business to know the best places in the cities they service.

By maintaining the highest level of accountability for all of our chauffeurs worldwide, we can guarantee your comfort, safety and security. Performance levels are evaluated daily.  All Pontarelli chauffeurs undergo extensive and ongoing safety and customer service training. We conduct background checks, examine motor vehicle record reports, and have mandatory drug and alcohol testing. 

Customer Service Representatives – Our customer service representatives are highly trained, detail orientated, courteous professionals waiting to serve you. All of our CSRs are familiar with their clients’ needs through the use of detailed profiles within our system.  They perform flight checks at the time of reservation and confirm the traveler’s flight information at the time of booking.  Let our concierge service tend to your reservations so you don’t have to. 

Dispatch and Quality Control Staff – Our team of dispatch and quality control staff are committed to superior service worldwide. They organize the driver’s schedules, assign vehicles, contact chauffeurs, reconfirm reservations and adapt to changes throughout the day to provide seamless service.  Each client is advised of the drivers name and cell number 20 minutes prior to pickup via email or a personal courtesy call.  Our staff combines organizational skills, technology and with customer service to deliver the performance demanded by our clients.  

Meet & Greet – Are you traveling to a city where you have never been before?  Do you have groups, lots of luggage or several arriving flights at the same time? Let Pontarelli greet you and help efficiently move you through the airport. Our meet and greet staff is experienced in negotiating local airports, helping with baggage and getting you to your vehicle.  Your airport greeter is continuously in contact with your chauffeur until you are safely seated in the vehicle and on to the more important portion of your trip.
